always start with clean dry hooves 

rub the crayon rapidly across the affected area whilst pressing firmly until the wax leaves a deposit in the crevice 

scrape away excess wax with a knife and refill in any hollows that remain 

for larger cracks, break off a lump of the wax and rub between hands until softened . Press wax well into the crevice allow to cool and harden before scraping away with a knife

to reshape filler once attached simply heat a spoon in warm water and press to remould how you need
